Please submit your own recipe if you rework a recipe. I didn't have any problems. But I have made a lot of bread so know what to do if a recipe isn't totally right or they assume you have some experience.

I made two loaves. The first loave I followed the recipe exactly and it came out beautifully. It is a very dense bread and very salty. The second liaf I omitted the 1/2 tsp salt for 1/2 tsp cumin and a pich of black pepper. oh so good.
