The third time someone has tried to shoot the fellow in about a month lol!

*Twice is more than enough random gun violence, and attempted murder for one month!

*In the U.K. they even go to the "crazed extremes" of the ballot box to show disapproval, and seek social change.

 

With the US gun ownership laws you will have to accept that people will shoot other people who they dislike on Political issues, race issues, or just they were nasty at me at school or bumped in to me at the bar.

At least in the UK your can walk into shopping mall and know that you are not going to be shot at. Big Knives the biggest problem in the UK at the moment.

 

Incorrect. Shooter has been in and out of malls and shopping centers and all manner of public venues for well over 70 years, including when he was a cop.

Never been shot at.
Only had one gun actually pointed at him, by a grandma holding a .22 revolver.
Nobody got shot.
Grandma went to the hospital and then jail.

 

Thankfully your experience was a lot better than that is appears on various media about the misuse of firearms the the US.

In the UK the use of knifes by especially younger people is becoming a real problem,people are being stabbed daily, there's a arms race with people buying larger and more deadly weapons. Thankfully we have very tough gun laws there would be buying them as well.

The right to own and carry firearms has not made it dangerous to live in America.
We do not move about like a seal team on a mission to kill Bin Laden.
We go about our business.
And some times, some of us are in accidents and get killed or badly injured.
Or drown. Or are in plane crashes.
Or get cancer and die.
Or get caught by our spouse cheating and die.
And yes, get shot.

But its all life, and we're living it to the fullest, most of us, and not obsessing about the whack jobs with guns.

 

This latest Routh assassination attempt keeps smelling fishier and fishier. Releasing the unredacted material where Routh offered a huge bounty of $150,000 bounty to anyone who could finish the job if he failed (how one would collect is unclear). Former AG Bill Barr commented that releasing this information had no other purpose than inciting further violence against the former president.

Also, Routh had been flagged THREE times as a threat during the Biden administration, and was never contacted or followed up on.
